Tomorrow is "Red Sunday", a day that Keller Williams agents all over Loudoun County hold as many open houses as they can. We have Red Sunday the second Sunday of every month, and homes are open from 1-4. There is a great deal of online and even some print advertising for the homes. By pooling our money, time and creative resources, agents are able to provide more promotion for the open houses than a single agent would typically have the ability to provide. For buyers, they can make better use of their time by concentrating their house hunting on a day when there are so many open houses.
